Postage

Please note - We currently post to the UK, USA and Canada via Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

EU customers, shipping costs to be agreed before sale.

Please see individual artwork for postal charges to your country. 

For large custom orders, postage to be agreed upon sale.

We aim to send all shop items within 5-7 business days, however, please expect more time for customisations

and specific requests.

All commission time frames will be agreed with the buyer before ordering. Oil paintings can take 3-6 months before shipping.

We have worked hard to ensure that most of our packaging is both sustainable and

environmentally friendly. For the protection of your new artwork, we do sometimes have to use

plastics and wraps, but we do encourage you to recycle and reuse these where possible. We are still working hard

to find alternative sources.

Policies

  • No one likes to receive something that they aren't happy with, and at the Yellow Hat Art Room,

we understand that there may be reasons you would like to return your artwork.

In this case, please send me a message via the contact form to discuss returns within 7 days of receipt.

We are unfortunately not able to cover returns postage charges, but will happily refund your item when returned

in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

  • We hope that your item reaches you in the best condition possible. If your item arrives with carrier damage, please contact us to open a claim through Royal Mail. 

Please take photos of the damaged packaging and item to help with our claim.

Where the item can be restored, this will be the first option. Failing this, a refund will be offered.

  • Custom paintings will be created with full consultation and full payment will be required in advance.

For all commissions, sales are final upon agreement.
